Welcome to Woven Crown. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of our custom-engraved products. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
Woven Crown LLC is a custom engraving business based in Indiana. We make glassware, metal goods, wood pieces, leather patches and related items, each engraved to order. You can reach us any time at hello@wovencrown.com.
Nearly everything we sell is personalized and produced specifically for you after you order. Because each piece is custom, orders are handled individually — see our Refund Policy and Custom Work Terms for details on what that means for changes, cancellations and returns.
When you place an order, you pay at checkout, and your order is confirmed once your payment goes through. We'll email you a confirmation with your order reference number.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, if we can't produce the design, if a logo appears to infringe someone's rights, or if the request contains content we won't engrave. If we cancel your order for any reason, we'll refund your payment in full.
Prices are listed on our site and may change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout. We do our best to keep pricing accurate, but if an obvious pricing error occurs, we'll contact you and either correct it with your approval or cancel and refund the order.
Payment is due at checkout and is processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address where required, and shipping costs are shown before you pay. Discount codes must be valid at the time of purchase, and only one code can be used per order.
Most orders are made and shipped within 5–7 business days after payment. Large orders, busy periods, or a material that's temporarily out of stock can take longer. If your order won't ship within that window, we'll email you before it's due with an updated estimate — and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund. If you upload a logo, image or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that engraving it won't violate anyone's rights. See our Custom Work Terms for more.
We won't engrave content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property. We use a basic filter on engraving text, but we also rely on your good judgment.
You can check out without an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
Photos, designs, text and other content on this site belong to Woven Crown LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Artwork you upload stays yours — we use it only to produce and support your order.
Beyond the remake promise described in our Refund Policy, our products are provided as described, without other warranties, to the extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Woven Crown's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. If a problem comes up, please contact us first at hello@wovencrown.com — most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies. Significant changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
