This Privacy Policy explains what information Woven Crown LLC collects, how we use it, and your choices. We keep this simple because we collect only what we need to make and deliver your order.

Information we collect

• Order details — your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and the design details and files you submit for engraving.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
• Basic site data — standard information your browser sends, used to keep the site working.
• Site analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how people find us. It uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. We don't use it to identify you personally. You can block it with your browser settings, an ad blocker, or Google's opt-out add-on — your order will work the same either way.

How we use your information

• To review, produce and deliver your custom order.
• To contact you about your order, including your confirmation and shipping updates.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To send occasional updates only if you've asked to join our list. You can opt out any time.

How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business — such as Stripe (payments), Google (website hosting, uploaded-file storage, email and analytics) and shipping carriers — and only as needed to fulfill your order, or where required by law.

Payment security

Payments are processed by Stripe, a trusted, encrypted payment provider. You enter your card details directly into Stripe's secure form on our checkout page; those details never pass through or rest on our systems.

Data retention

We keep order information as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide support, and meet our legal and tax obligations. Uploaded design files are kept so we can reproduce or reprint your piece if needed.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete information we're not required to keep. Just email hello@wovencrown.com.

Children

Our site and products are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
